| Idaho Viola Camp 2010 For violists entering 7th grade and up! August 9-14th, 2010 THIS YEAR'S BROCHURE This is an extremely casual viola camp. We'll be tent camping at Ponderosa State Park, with classes taking place at the Congregational Church in McCall. Everyone is assigned 'community items' such as snacks, bottled water, tents, or whatever camping gear you happen to have on hand. Tuition: $200 This includes camping, tuition, meals and recreational activities. Each day will include scale and technique classes (Hooray!) viola ensembles, solo practice time, master classes and more. There will also be traditional camping stuff like canoeing and hanging out at the lake, campfires, etc. New for 2010 includes a pre-camp performance in McCall for the "Second Sundays at Six" Concert Series featuring Viola Camp alumni! \ Faculty includes Jennifer Drake, Emily White and a team of mature college students dedicated to the vision of a fun and meaningful viola experience. To sign up, please send Jen Drake an e mail officially announcing your intent to go, or mail in the form attached to the brochure. Packing List: A more specific packing list is sent out a few days before we go, which includes your assigned community item Release Form: Please fill out prior to our departure.
